Weekend Getaway

This past weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to go up and see Nate. Him and I have known each other since I was two and he was three...he's the reason for the scar beside my left eye and if you haven't heard that story then ask me and I'll be glad to inform you. Anyway, I flew up there on Friday and spent the weekend staying at his family's house (he also came home from school for the weekend). It was so much fun being around his family, playing cards (mostly Canasta), watching movies, looking at the guys watching the lightning storm while Krissy and I laughed at them, going for rides in Nate's car, and just being around a good friend. This weekend was refreshing for me and was a great time of old memories and new memories and just a lot of fun. Here's some pictures for you all to enjoy...

There were so many trees with changing leaves of all different shades of red, orange, yellow, and brown. It was so beautiful up there.

This a park up in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. It's so gorgeous there because there is so much open space and the scenery is amazing.
