hujan rain

Thanks to "Tropical Depression Ernesto" it is currently 57 F degrees outside right now (that's about 13 C degrees). Anyway, it's 1:40am and it's been raining pretty much all day and all of yesterday. It's cold and it's windy. The worst part about all of this is it is only September 1 (happy birthday Chels). Can you imagine how freezing cold I will be by the time winter arrives?!? I've already told Nate that I will probably just die. He was about to be all encouraging and tell me that no i would not die because it wouldn't be that bad, but he decided against that, saying that yes indeed I will probably die. So thanks again to Ernesto for shortening my summer and providing me with permanent goose bumps.

By the way, I am going to bed now. I just realized that I have been in America for a little over two weeks (earlier tonight I was convinced that I had only been here for 10 days...haha!). Anyway, since orientation began last Thursday (that was 8 nights ago) I have gotten an average of 6 1/2 hours of sleep per night and almost fell asleep in 3 classes (I was literally holding my eyes open at one point). My roommate is asleep, all the girls in my suite are asleep, and I think all the girls on my hall are asleep, but I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of guys awake downstairs in the guys dorm because I could here them yelling about 10 minutes ago.

So rather than going on and on about nothing, I am going to enjoy a wonderfully fantastic and hopefully peaceful (with no fire alarm interruptions) ten (yes 10) hours of sleep!!!!!
